Jeannine Chignell

As a Principal People Strategic Advisor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, I serve as primary advisor on human capital strategies to executives and senior level leaders in the Health Care division.  My expertise includes leadership development, change management, organizational and job design, talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and performance enablement.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Clemson University.  

I look forward to having the opportunity to use my experience to support HOST as it grows and develops as an organization, and continues to do the important work of supporting students in our community who are struggling with housing insecurity.
