Natalie Rapp
Nonprofit Consulting
As young as 5 years old, Natalie has been dedicated to a career in nonprofit leadership. Nonprofit work runs in her family. She grew up watching her mother establish programs, consult, and eventually become a nonprofit founder. Her passion for philanthropy was further fueled during her early work with nonprofits. She has worked in case management, volunteer management, program development and implementation, fundraising, strategic planning, and board leadership.Â
She is now a nonprofit consultant at CCS Fundraising. CCS, a leading global fundraising consulting and management firm, provides fundraising, development services, and strategic consulting to nonprofit organizations worldwide. Natalie recognizes the importance of relationship-focused, values-based, and data-driven fundraising strategies. She looks to implement this vital framework in all her client work. You can often find Natalie at the intersection of the nonprofit sectors of human services, health, and religion. Much of her experience is with organizations that support individuals and families experiencing crises, such as The Ronald McDonald House Charities, The American Red Cross, The Women’s Safe House, and The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.Â
Natalie obtained MBA and MSW degrees at Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.Â
