Rob Baumgart

Rob Baumgart came to Raleigh to attend NC State back in the Fall of 1999. By Sophomore year, Rob left to start a small cell phone business, which paved the way to investing in Real Estate. Today, Rob's time is focused on improving his properties and the lives of the tenants that occupy them. Partnerships with SHIP Outreach, Oxford House International, and UNC Healthcare all focused on providing the basic needs to those experiencing homelessness or rehabilitation. Joining HOST and giving back to students so close to graduation through stable housing is right up Rob's alley.
